Privacy Policy#
This policy explains what information Padhaiwise (“we”, “us”) and the services it uses receive when you visit padhaiwise.com, and the choices you have.
Information we collect#
We do not ask you to sign up, and we have no accounts or forms. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply.
Information stored on your device#
The site keeps a few settings in your browser’s local storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- The class you chose in search.
- Whether the sidebar and table of contents are open or closed.
- When the install card was last shown, so it does not appear too often.
If you install the site or visit it again, your browser also keeps copies of pages and files so they load fast and work offline. You can remove all of this by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Search#
Search runs inside your browser. What you type is not sent to us. When you search with a photo, the photo is read on your device and is not uploaded.
Voice search uses your browser’s own speech recognition. Some browsers, such as Google Chrome, send the recording to their own speech service to turn it into text. That is covered by your browser maker’s privacy policy.
Hosting and fonts#
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details when you open a page. It uses them to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See the Google privacy policy.
Advertising#
We use Google AdSense to show ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Cookies#
We do not set cookies of our own. Cookies on the site come from Google’s ad services as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Ads may then be less relevant to you, but the site still works.
Children#
Padhaiwise is made for school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites#
Our pages link to other sites, such as the NCERT website for textbook PDFs. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
Changes to this policy#
We may update this policy when the site or its services change. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it last changed.
